At the SPS 2021 in Nuremberg, ROSE is presenting two new HMI solutions in a modern design: The SL5000 control housing can be configured individually and manufactured in variable dimensions. The Panel PC S-Line Gen. 5 is a complete system with many new features.

Both control units are based on the same modular profile system, but have different target groups. The SL5000 was designed as a control housing for customer-specific installations and command devices. It differs significantly from the previous ROSE control housings due to its high degree of modularity and flexibility.

The SL5000 has i.e. the possibility of adding a desk housing to the side. In addition, different profiles can be combined with one another in order to increase the installation depths and the position of the integrated applications. The SL5000 is robustly constructed (IP54) and is manufactured in customer-specific dimensions in width and height. The user can also determine the colour and equipment of the SL5000 himself. If required, ROSE can also assemble the control housing with the necessary electronics.

With the Panel PC “S-Line Gen. 5”, ROSE is also presenting a new HMI control unit as a complete system at the SPS. The S-Line Gen. 5 is a further development of the popular S-Line Panel PC from ROSE, which offers many new features thanks to the SL5000 modular profile system. The S-Line Gen. 5 can be equipped with application-specific command and signalling devices, RFID reader modules or Wi-Fi antennas as standard, and a customer logo can also be integrated in the front area.

Proven elements such as i.e. industrial PCAP multi-touch, the passive cooling and the service-friendly structure are retained. The SL5000 control housing and the S-Line Gen. 5 can be easily connected to the application using various ROSE support arm systems.
