Innovation for your Application” – Eckelmann FCS presents a powerful industrial panel PC performing in resource-demanding situations with its two 21.5” TFT full HD displays with LED backlight and capacitive multitouch. The innovative E°DualPanel allows machine manufacturers and plant operators an easy implementation of extensive, complex and information-rich visualization tasks. Extended display space allows e.g. the integration of HMI-displayed order management masks, machine vision solutions for monitoring processes, automatic workpiece changing systems or a digital twin application.

The elegant E°DualPanel is characterized by a high-quality but rugged design and is thus, ideally equipped for use under harsh industrial conditions (IP54 on the front, IP20 on the rear). Hardware performance and interfaces cover a wide range of applications: The industrial Panel PC is optionally equipped with a high-performance Intel® Core i3/i5/i7 9th Gen; memory expansion of up to 64 GB RAM and 4 slot multi-Ethernet extension ensuring high framerates even when displaying complex real-time visualizations.

Interfaces

The E°DualPanel consist of 8 USB ports, up to 4 Gigabit Ethernet connections and 2 serial interfaces (RS232). Connections and interfaces are arranged for easy access. The Dual Panel IPC is very easy to install thanks to the VESA connection bracket.

Statement: UI/UX without limits

“UI/UX is increasingly moving into the focus of engineering,” emphasizes Head of Sales Leo Schacke and explains: “Operator Control Setups are becoming increasingly important for the commercial success of industrial products – a trend that has been observed for many years in the consumer market. In order to easily grasp and process the increasing information density, we need adequate visualization concepts for machine operators. Our new E°DualPanel creates more scope for complex applications and the humane digital transformation of work.”
