After a hiatus due to the pandemic, Kawasaki Robotics EMEA will be back at automatica fair in Munich from June 21-24, 2022. On 300 square meters (Booth B5-328) Kawasaki Robotics will present the next generation of new technologies from Japan, as well as numerous new products and solutions for a wide variety of applications and industries.
Individual and easy-to-operate solutions for all users
Robots, peripherals and software all from a single source: a K-Track and K-Positioner series linear axis arc welding system and positioner shows how Kawasaki Robotics’ broad product portfolio can be configured for welding requirements individual. The compact Plug & Play K-ARC welding cell enables particularly low-threshold automation of welding processes. A digital twin through K-Virtual and the new K-DIY manual guidance system allow the cell to be used intuitively and quickly, even without programming knowledge.
Full connectivity
Most of the robots on the stand, as well as a robot in the showroom at the Neuss headquarters, are connected to the predictive maintenance tool TREND Manager. All live data is displayed and analyzed centrally, showing the benefits of preventative maintenance.
Experience a robot barista
Ideal for a little free time: trade fair visitors can enjoy a free specialty coffee prepared by the MyAppCafe barista robot. A pallet racking system will demonstrate the benefits of the latest generation of Kawasaki Robotics F controllers, including adaptive speed adjustment based on package weight and more than 25 percent energy savings during operation and a 30 percent reduction in cycle time.
Other highlights include the new T-Skin hybrid cobot solution, a painting solution based on a partnership with painting expert Dürr, the innovative ASTORINO educational robot for universities and educational institutions, and a look at upcoming product highlights from Japan. . In front of the east entrance, visitors will be able to see live the unique RoboCon welding solution, fully integrated into a recycled shipping container.
