The Drive Parameter Comparer for SINAMICS Startdrive allows the user to compare the parameter lists of two SINAMICS drives.
The 1st possibility is to compare two axes via CSV parameter export. The CSV files can be generated using SINAMICS Startdrive. The Drive Parameter Comparer does the comparison on basis of the CSV files, that need to be generated before using the Drive Parameter Comparer. Using this method, you can also compare parameters without the installation of SINAMICS Startdrive, only the CSV files need to be available. It is useful, when it is necessary to compare parameters on a different computer than the engineering station.
The 2nd possibility is for SINAMICS S120 only. It is possible to connect to a SINAMICS Startdrive (TIA Portal project) directly and to compare the parameters of two different S120 drives. Using this method, the export of CSV files is not necessary but the installation of SINAMICS Startdrive is required.
