COBOTTA PRO
The COBOTTA PRO series includes the high-speed collaborative robots COBOTTA PRO 900 and COBOTTA PRO 1300 with the highest productivity and safety. COBOTTA PRO impresses with its excellent TCP speed of up to 2500 mm/s and high repeatability of ± 0.03/± 0.04 mm. It has a load capacity of 6 kg and 12 kg. With the optional touch-sensing soft cover, speed/acceleration and force in human-robot collaboration are further increased thanks to the integrated highly sensitive sensors. The CRC9 robot controller, developed especially for COBOTTA PRO, offers integrated PLC device control and an open development environment.
With DENSO’s patented safety scene circuit, safety characteristics (speed and maximum applied force) can be specifically adapted to the process step, thus significantly improving performance. COBOTTA PRO family is now also available in ESD protection class.
HSR Series
Experience DENSO high-speed SCARA robot HSR in pick-and-place applications. The HSR SCARA series offers maximum performance even during long continuous runs thanks to a unique design that makes the robot arm lighter, stronger and faster. HSR robots combine high speed performance (cycle time 0.28s/0.31s) with excellent repeatability (repeatability ±0.01/±0.012) and can be used for pick and place applications in industrial assembly processes. Packaging processes, e.g. B. Food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc. can be realized.
HSR robots are available with arm reach of 480, 550 and 650 millimeters. All three SCARA models have a maximum payload of 8 kg. Our HSR SCARA family is also available in dust and splash protection (IP65) and cleanroom protection (ISO 5 & 3) versions.
ESD Series
With DENSO ESD series, we offer an ideal solution for the electronics industry. Our ESD robots meet the required limit values according to IEC 61340-5-1:2016 / ANSI/ESD S20.20:2021, allowing safe handling of electronic components such as: B. PCB assembly, visual inspection, product testing and packaging. Reaching a range from 350 mm to 905 mm, they fully cover a maximum load capacity of 7 kg. The ESD series includes the VS series, HS-A1 series and COBOTTA PRO series.
