The intuitive AI Keypad Plus gives users easy access to the key drive functions they need to improve their machine performance, whether it’s a simple conveyor belt or a complex multi-axis motion system. Valuable time is also saved thanks to the convenient FastStart, which guides users through the drive configuration process.
The new large, clear color display makes drive status information and parameter descriptions highly readable and easily accessible at any time. The Bluetooth extension allows flexible remote connection to a PC tool suite for commissioning and programming tasks. Being able to perform all these important tasks without opening the case means you can work smarter and safer.
The AI-Keypad Plus allows flexible and easy system monitoring. The keypad can display up to 10 user-selectable parameters on the status screen and can individually scale parameters to best suit the user’s application using user-defined units. In addition, the troubleshooting help function helps you identify and quickly resolve errors with detailed error code definitions, possible causes and suggested actions. The IP54 (NEMA 12) certified keypad is robust and can withstand harsh and demanding environments.
The KI-Keypad Plus has built-in PIN protection to ensure no unauthorized changes are made to the drive’s settings. In addition, the AI Keypad Plus is a multilingual solution with seven standard languages, and more can be added if the user desires.
Hand/Off/Auto functionality is found in the KI-Keypad Plus version for fan and pump applications when combined with the Control Techniques pump drive F600 or HVAC drive H300.
The AI-Keypad Plus serves as a universal interface to Control Techniques drives, shortening the learning curve for applications requiring products from multiple drive families. Compatible with the flexible Commander C Series, dedicated pump, HVAC, elevator drives, high performance Unidrive Series and dynamic Digitax servo series.
