The ELGD axle is one of the stiffest axles on the market. Using the example of a dosing station, the specially developed guidance concept allows for precise and dynamic movement of the dosing head. Loads of up to 20 kg can be mounted on the Y-axis.

The spindle axes ELGD-BS and ELGD-BS-WD feature a durable and highly precise ball screw and achieve a stroke of up to 2.5 meters. The motor position can be chosen in axial or parallel direction. The toothed belt axes ELGD-TB and ELGD-TB-WD are characterized by an almost vibration-free carriage movement and achieve a maximum stroke of up to 8.5 meters. Steel tension members strengthen the timing belt made of various polyurethanes. The motor position on the axis end is freely selectable and can also be retrofitted.
