Eckelmann presents trend-setting operating concepts and computer vision for CNC cutting solutions, including laser, plasma, oxyfuel, waterjet at EuroBlech 2016. Using an interactive 3D machine simulator visitors can experience the smart cutting solutions in action.
Eckelmann AG presents their novel CNC user interface for cutting as well as integrated computer vision as highlights at EuroBlech 2016 (Hall 11, Booth G73). The computer vision solutions are including innovative features such as precise measurement of contours and shapes or optical adjustment of the plate.
The automation specialist for the complete automation of cutting machines has also come up with an interactive 3D machine simulator: Using a 21” E°Panel Cutting operator station, visitors can get hands on experience of all innovative features of the cutting assistant. Eckelmann itself uses the machine simulator for development and for training courses of the E°CUT cutting solution based on the open E°EXC CNC controller architecture.
