PMMI, owner and producer of PACK EXPO International 2012 (McCormick Place, Chicago; Oct. 28–31), is pleased to announce Lenze Americas will sponsor the exhibitor and member lounges at PACK EXPO this month.
“Anyone who’s working in a PACK EXPO booth appreciates the chance to step away for a moment and recharge. With their sponsorship, Lenze Americas is supporting the exhibitor community at PACK EXPO International 2012 by helping to provide that opportunity,” says Charles D. Yuska, president & CEO, PMMI.
Busy days are definitely the expectation at PACK EXPO International, Yuska notes.
“We expect 46,000 attendees and over 1,900 exhibitors, and we have more than 1.1 million net square feet. It’s like a small city,” he says.
The three exhibitor lounges provide a place for meetings — each has two meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 18 people, and there are tables and seats for less formal meetings. They’re available as a spot of respite where exhibitors’ booth staffs can take an undisturbed moment to relax and/or eat.
Likewise, the two PMMI Member Lounges at PACK EXPO International are designed as convenient places to discuss business, and exhibiting PMMI members have received special passes that allow them to bring a guest or guests to the lounges.
“The exhibitor and member lounges at PACK EXPO are a valuable convenience, as they make it possible for booth staff to hold meetings and eat quickly during very busy days at the show. Member Lounges are available in the North and South Halls, and are open from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. daily at the show. Exhibitor Lounges, located in the North, South and East/Lakeside Halls, are open 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
