From now on, TC Router Online Manager (TOM) web-based management software can be used to centrally manage or configure the entire TC Router product family from Phoenix Contact.
TOM is particularly well-suited for projects with a large number of cellular routers in the field. The software can be operated “on premises”, i.e., locally on the customer’s servers or in the cloud.
It enables the mass rollout of new device firmware or device configurations. With just one click, you can roll out security updates for all of your field systems or selected devices without leaving your location. In this context, the points in time can be individually scheduled. Complete configurations can also be transferred to the devices to activate a feature.
Additionally, the management software provides a diagnostic overview of the devices in the field. The connection status is displayed and captured over the course of several years.
