Delta presents its new AS100 PLC designed to inherit the specifications of the AS228 CPUs and bring a series of new capabilities to your industrial automation projects. Let us show you the key features of the AS100 series:
AC Power Excellence: All AS100 CPUs operate exclusively on AC (230 Vac) and are equipped with a built-in 24 VDC 500 mA power supply.
Brick-style form factor: AS100 CPUs feature a brick-style form factor, with power, digital inputs, and CANopen terminals neatly located in the top section. Meanwhile, the digital and serial (RS-485) output terminals are located in the bottom section, all of which can be accessed via removable-type connectors.
Expanded Digital I/O: The AS100 series features an expanded range of integrated digital inputs and outputs compared to AS200 CPUs. This design allows the AS100 PLC to offer the best cost/performance ratio.
Exclusive programming with DIADesigner: In particular, the AS100 CPUs are programmable exclusively through the DIADesigner software. ISPSoft will not expand support for AS100 in the future.
The main opportunities for the innovative AS100 series lie in cost-driven applications that require a substantial number of digital inputs and outputs (DI/DO). Its superior cost-performance ratio compared to the AS200 makes it an excellent choice for such scenarios. Furthermore, it also finds its niche in application sectors that favor brick-style PLCs.

- It offers a generous program capacity of 64k steps.
- It supports a maximum I/O of 1024 points, with the ability to accommodate up to 32 extension modules, including up to 16 specialty/analog modules.
- It has 1 integrated Ethernet port (Modbus TCP/EtherNet/IP), 1 integrated CANopen master port, 1 micro-USB programming port and 2 RS-485 serial ports.
- It features 4 high-speed 200kHz counters and 4 sets of 200kHz high-speed outputs.
- Supports up to 15 CANopen RTUs or 8 EtherNet/IP RTUs.
- Compatible with all existing AS series extension modules (digital/analog/specialty).
- Exclusion of support for functional cards (AS-FFTP01, AS-FFOP02, AS-FEN02, etc.).
