Delta Electronics has presented this morning, coinciding with the first day of the Hannver Messe 2024 fair, its new range of collaborative robots called D-Bot with different models that offer load capacities from 6 to 30 Kg.
At its stand at the Hannover Messe fair, Delta Electronics is showing 5 real applications with the new range of cobots, demonstrating all the capabilities that robots offer for automation projects.
For example, a Pick & Place application with a vision camera and clamps, the system is capable of distinguishing the pieces and storing them in different boxes according to their type. Other D-Bot with a load capacity of 6 Kg performs power supply screwing tasks. Also shown is a complete palletizing station with an extra 16 Kg D-Bot cobot lifting axle.
These are some of the main characteristics of the D-Bot Collaborative robots
- Reach up to 1,800 mm
- Load capacity up to 30 Kg
- 200º/s
- Reflex security
- High precision encoders
- Advanced motors and reducers
- IP66 protection
In this way, Delta Electronics becomes an automation solutions factory with an increasingly complete portfolio, adding collaborative robotics to its wide range of PLCs, Motion Controllers, Servos, drives, etc.
According to Michael Mayer Rosa Sr. Director IABG at Delta Electronics EMEA “as a consequence of the lack of labor, Delta wants to provide automation solutions to this problem”
