Fruitcore robotics launches a new control panel for industrial robots. The new control panel features a high-resolution 2.5K display and a particularly ergonomic and robust design, making controlling HORST robots more comfortable.

Ergonomic design

The new control panel is 20% lighter than the previous model. The reduced weight allows for longer and more comfortable use without compromising stability. The ergonomically designed adjustable handle can be adjusted individually to provide maximum comfort for both right-handed and left-handed users. A practical USB port on the side allows easy connection of a mouse and keyboard, which is particularly advantageous for long programming work on the robot.

High-resolution display (2.5K)

The 13.3-inch touch display with 2.5K resolution impresses with increased brightness, better contrast and more vibrant colors. These features make operation easier and more comfortable while reducing the strain on the user’s eyes.

Robust design

The control panel is dust- and splash-proof according to IP54, making it ideal for use in demanding environments. Optimized cable routing allows greater freedom of movement, reduces the risk of cable damage and extends the panel’s service life. Integrated AI support with horstOS

The new control panel has been specially developed for companies where comfort, ergonomics and robustness are paramount. It is equipped with the advanced operating software horstOS and an integrated AI copilot, which effectively and intuitively supports users to configure, program and control their automation processes with HORST. This AI support simplifies complex processes and intelligently supports users, making operations easier and more efficient.

Availability

The new control panel is compatible with all HORST industrial robots currently in use and will be available as an upgrade from mid-September. From this date onwards, it will be delivered as standard with all newly ordered robots.
