Hiwin expanding intelligent PGC series

Hiwin has added three more sizes to its PGC series Smart Profile Slides with Integrated Shift Encoder.

Equipped with the robust magnetic distance measuring system, the new profile rail guides with rail widths of 30 mm, 35 mm and 45 mm are now also ideal for large loads.

The encoder’s read head is mounted directly on the carriage of the linear guides. The magnetic tape with the measuring scale is integrated in the profile rail and protected from vibrations and external influences.

Thanks to the simple installation of the displacement encoder system, our PGC series becomes the easiest solution for displacement measurement, even for long trips.
