PULS presents the new 480 W DIN rail power supply CP20.248-IOL with IO-Link interface and integrated display.
The CP20.248-IOL offers a reliable 24 V power supply and enables efficient and time-saving configuration, operational monitoring and remote control. User-defined power supply and application data, such as the AC and DC quality of the system, can be called up in real time via IO-Link and the display and appropriate measures can be initiated in good time. The remote function also enables the power supply to be switched on and off remotely.
The combination of remote interface and display offers a high level of flexibility. Both remote-controlled automation scenarios via IO-Link and on-site analysis by a technician are quick and easy.
Technologically, the CP20.248-IOL is based on the DIMENSION CP20 series, which has sold millions of units. Popular features such as permanent 20% bonus power at temperatures up to 45 °C, active power factor correction (PFC) and electronic inrush current limitation have been adopted. In addition, the power supply is extremely energy efficient with a peak efficiency of 95.5% and emits only minimal power loss in the form of heat.
The slim design, with a width of just 48 mm, was retained despite the additional communication features. The power supply fits perfectly even in cramped control cabinets and, thanks to its low weight of 835 g, places only minimal strain on the DIN rail.
