Due to the development of the infection process – in Bavaria there is a disaster alarm due to high incidences and the RKI currently recommends no major events – Phoenix Contact is taking part in the automation trade fair SPS, which will take place from 23-25. November takes place in Nuremberg.
Phoenix Contact is taking part in the accompanying digital event “SPS on Air” as planned and is available for discussions with customers in conferences and round tables. “We didn’t make the decision easy for ourselves because we were really looking forward to the direct exchange with our customers. But with the skyrocketing incidence values, we primarily see the health protection of our employees and trade fair guests, ”says Ulrich Leidecker, COO of Phoenix Contact.For Phoenix Contact, the SPS is the most important automation trade fair of the year, as this is where the specialists come together and essential impulses are generated. The company has been the second largest exhibitor at this fair for years with around 2000 m².
