scanCONTROL 3D laser scanners from Micro-Epsilon enable reliable 3D measurements within the production line. They operate extremely precisely on different surfaces. With measuring rates up to 10,000 Hz, they are very fast and provide accurate values for real 3D evaluations. In addition, their low sensor weight makes them ideal for robotic applications. The series includes a wide portfolio with measuring ranges from 25 x 15 mm to 200 x 300 mm and can be operated with both red and blue laser, depending on the requirements.
The scanCONTROL 3D laser scanners are based on the latest GigE Vision and GenICam standards and can therefore be integrated into a wide range of image processing environments.
The 3DInspect software is a powerful tool for parameter setting, evaluation and output. Numerous tools, automation functions and interfaces enable the creation, processing and output of measured values based on real 3D point clouds.
