In January 2024, Stefanie Philippe took over the Marketing Communications department after working 15 years at the CODESYS Group.
Her goals are clearly focused on CODESYS users – a major undertaking, given that tens of thousands of people worldwide use CODESYS every day.
“I want to further increase the presence of the CODESYS brand. A strong brand consolidates the trust of our community worldwide. It is also important to address people on a personal level and give them exactly the information they need.”
To better meet user-specific interests, the codesys.com website will be redesigned, among other things. Philippe will keep a close eye on the CODESYS Group’s activities in social media. Through a joint strategic alignment of MarCom and Sales, synergy effects will be exploited, and customers will be addressed in an even more targeted manner.
In order to achieve these ambitious goals, the CODESYS marketing team will actively work with new technologies. “If, for example, AI-supported methods help us to do our daily work even better, that’s a good thing.” For Stefanie Philippe, it goes without saying that innovation not only takes place in the development department, but also in Marketing Communications.
And what does Stefanie Werner, the leaving Head of Marketing Communications, have to say about all this? “The decision to move on to other topics after almost 25 years at CODESYS was not an easy one for me. However, I am absolutely certain that Stefanie Philippe is exactly the right person for this exciting and incredibly challenging task. I will remain associated with the company – my marketing heart continues to beat for CODESYS.”
