Synchronize the Omron NA Clock to the NX / NJ Clock

This document is intended to provide the instructions necessary to automatically set the NA HMI real time clock (date and time) based on the NJ or NX system clock.

There are many reasons that this may be desireable, such as clock consistency between machines, more accurate timestamp on error logs, etc.

Additionally, if the user creates a screen to be able to manually edit the NJ / NX system clock, this action would set both the NJ / NX clock, as well as the NA HMI clock, eliminating the need to set the Machine Automation Controller / HMI clock independently on system startup.
