“Market demand for people with OPC UA know-how is growing, given the critical role that OPC UA plays in the industry. With the launch of our OPC UAcademics program, the OPC Foundation is extending its help for universities in order to more easily address this need by providing accurate and up-to-date OPC UA course content which they can freely adapt and translate for use in their courses.“
Mr. Hoppe continued, “the OPC Foundation has a long-standing tradition of working closely with academic institutions from around the world. As such, we are excited to launch this OPC UAcademics program as a logical next-step in that relationship to address a common market need.”
