Wherever milling, turning or grinding takes place, chips fall. And the TKA series from TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP is a good idea for this. The energy chains made of solid plastic are particularly dirt-repellent thanks to their smooth surface and also have excellent sealing properties in the connection areas.
Machine tools and machining centers produce large quantities of different, sometimes hot chips, metal particles or even emulsions that can damage cables and hoses. In the worst case, damage can result in the entire production being shut down. The particularly tightly constructed solid plastic chains of the TKA series from TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP reliably keep out dust, chips and splash water and thus prevent, among other things, the penetration of coolants and lubricants.
Thanks to the encapsulation of the stop system and the bolt-hole connection, even large amounts of atomized oil and flying particles are no longer a problem when cleaning the work area. This particularly high level of protection of the laid cables up to the connection area was tested and confirmed by TÜV NORD according to IP54 for the TKA55 series in widths of 50-175 mm.
Safe guidance over large unsupported lengths
Other key product features of the TKA series are an optimized geometry of the chain links, high torsional rigidity and a triple stop system that also enables large unsupported lengths. The cover, which can be easily opened from the side in any position, as well as the particularly smooth and dirt-repellent surface ensure ease of maintenance. The interior of the energy chains can be optimally used thanks to the horizontal and vertical division options.
The closed cable carrier of the TKA series from TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP is available in pitches (in mm) of 30, 38, 45 and 55. Various internal widths between 15 and 250 mm are available. The internal height is between 20.5 and 45 mm. Depending on the application and type, the TKA allows a travel distance of up to 6.5 m in self-supporting use; travel distances of up to 150 m are possible in sliding applications. Depending on the operating conditions, additional loads of up to 15 kg/m and a travel acceleration of up to 50 m/s2 can be achieved.
