The new 300S+ high-speed control system is an extremely attractive option, especially when it comes to replacing existing solutions. This is because the I/O and accessories are fully compatible with the previous system dominant on the market. In this way, all hardware components can be interchanged homogeneously and used in parallel in mixed operation. Since CPUs require very few changes, existing software can also remain virtually unchanged. Our special support team is also available to help when adjustments to the CPUs are necessary.
The 300S+ control system offers users, mechanical engineers and maintenance personnel another form of long-term investment security: we cover not only new components, but also the entire control system with a 36-month warranty. As an added advantage, all components are available from stock and will remain available at least until 2030. By basing the integrated microchips on our own technology, we can offer a consistently high level of supply capacity.
Proven system with high speed capability
The 300S+ high-speed control system has proven itself on countless machines around the world over the past 20 years and has been continually developed. The current version is approximately ten times faster than comparable systems. With up to 8 MB of memory (fully remanent), PLC CPUs offer much more storage space. They also offer a number of other advantages over previous models and all at a lower price. Up to 32 expansion modules can be installed per station.
The system is particularly versatile thanks to the front connectors suitable for integrated I/O channels, as well as the possibility of using, for example, commercially available SD cards as external storage media. Last but not least, the system meets the highest standards for intelligent storage management, data security and comprehensive communication capabilities using sophisticated protocols, for example, the option to use an integrated Ethernet connection and extensive variety of compatible buses.
